For younger kids
From the wonderful Cbeebies comes Andy’s Wild Workouts. Featuring character favourite Andy, these fun and engaging exercises take place in wild environments all around the world where he meets incredible creatures and learns a little bit about them as he helps kids exercise.
For older kids
The smash hit of 2020, Joe Wicks dedicated his time to creating kids exercise videos to keep them moving during lockdown. High energy, fun and more challenging than you’d expect, Joe’s workouts are freely available on Active My Way whenever you feel like getting moving.
For those times the kids just need a quick burst of energy, Go Noodle has created a series of videos with some of their best loved characters such as Sonic the Hedgehog to get them moving. Though they’re just a couple of minutes long, these fun, high energy workouts are sure to get the blood pumping!
A brilliant way for kids to unwind at the end of the day, Cosmic Yoga takes well known stories and films and turns them into fun yoga routines. Using genuine yoga positions, children learn how to move, stretch and breathe while following some of their favourite characters on their adventures.
