Top Online Kids Exercises

Kids love moving. Exploring the world around them, testing their physical limit, or trying a new activity. Physical activity in all its forms is really important, not just for their body, but for their mind.

Getting outside or going to classes and groups isn’t always possible though. But, if 2020 has taught us anything, it’s what a valuable tool the internet can be. Particularly thanks to the growth of online exercise and activity classes.

Active My Way helps you discover new online activities suitable for anyone with our digital activity finder.

To help get you started, we’ve put together our top online kids exercises.

For younger kids

From the wonderful Cbeebies comes Andy’s Wild Workouts. Featuring character favourite Andy, these fun and engaging exercises take place in wild environments all around the world where he meets incredible creatures and learns a little bit about them as he helps kids exercise.

For older kids
