Join the Movement – #StayInWorkOut
Join the Movement is a campaign that Sport England created to inspire you on how to be physically active whilst still following the government advice on staying at home and social distancing.
With our routines having to inevitably change, Join the Movement is here to help give you the advice and tools you need to keep active. We’re all now spending a lot more time at home than we might like, which is why staying as physically active as possible is more important than ever – for our mental health as well.
