Terms and Conditions for the Staffordshire Family Day Out Prize Draw

By answering the survey and entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

 

The prize draw is being run by Together Active, Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, on behalf of the Active My Way project.

 

Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open only to residents of Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent aged 18 years or over.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries or entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
  • Employees, agents, or affiliates of the organiser (including immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion) are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

  • To enter the prize draw, you must complete the designated short online survey and provide a valid email address.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
  • Entries must be received by midnight on May 21, 2025. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified.

Prize Details

  • The prize consists of a family day out in Staffordshire, including a family pass valid for up to 2 adults and 3 children.
  • The winner will choose their day out from the following list of attractions:
    • Peak Wildlife Park
    • Trentham Monkey Forest
    • Trentham Gardens
    • Foxfield Steam Railway
    • National Forest Adventure Farm
    • Play@ Lower Drayton Farm
    • Tamworth Castle
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • The prize must be used by the date specified by the organiser and is subject to availability. Certain dates, such as bank holidays, may be excluded.
  • The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the prize draw closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random process.
  • The organiser’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

  • By entering the prize draw and/or participating in the survey, entrants agree that Together Active, its affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the prize draw, participating in the survey, or accepting and/or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  • Together Active does not accept responsibility for any costs, expenses, or damages that may be incurred as a result of attending or participating in the family day out, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or personal injury, except where required by law.

Publicity and Data Protection

  • By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw, which may include use of their name and prize details on the organiser’s website and social media channels.
  • Personal information provided will be used only for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy.

General Terms

  • The organiser accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons.
  • The organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without notice if circumstances arise outside of their control.
  • Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
