Online fitness channels

There are loads of great free to use home workouts available online. There’s something to suit everyone, whether you’re getting active for the first time, living with a health condition, recovering from surgery or giving birth, or aiming to manage your weight.

Try choosing one video and give it a go for 5–10 minutes. You don’t need to do it all at once!

The Body Coach TV – Joe Wicks

  • Focus: Includes low-impact workouts, seated exercises, and beginner routines.

 NHS – Fitness Studio

  • Focus: Created by the NHS, with workouts for different fitness levels and conditions.
  • Great for: Over 60s, people managing long-term conditions.

Highlights: Includes strength, flexibility, and balance workouts.

Pregnancy and postpartum TV

  • Focus: Free at home workouts for pre and postnatal care
  • Great for: Pregnancy workouts and recovery including cardio and yoga
