The programme offers free online access to weight management services for people living in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent with a BMI indicating that they are living with obesity.

The 12-week programme is designed to help people develop healthier eating habits, be more active and lose weight. There are a range of plans to choose from, with each offering tailored advice and support to encourage healthy habits, along with recipes and nutrition advice, wellbeing support and tops to boost activity levels.

The programme is working closely with several weight-management organisations to deliver expert advice and knowledge.

All content is available on any smartphone, tablet or computer with internet access, so anyone joining the programme will be able to complete it in their own way at their own pace.
